I’m not enough. I’m too fat. I’m too short. I’m too skinny. I don’t have enough money. I always screw up. I’m such a failure. When will I get it right?

Sound familiar? How do any of these beliefs benefit you? How is this story useful to your life and creating what you want?

And here’s the nuttiest belief of all - what happens in the outside world defines who I am. We have it all backwards. Our thoughts and beliefs about who we are create our reality.

Understand this for a moment - thoughts are electric - there is actually an electrical impulse to thoughts. Imagine your thoughts like an antenna. You think “I keep running out of money”, and just like that you’re faced with an unexpected bill that goes far beyond your current budget. It’s as if money is literally running away from you (jogging shoes laced up and all).

Imagine for a moment that you change the dial - “money comes to me easily. I attract in abundance wherever I go. I am grateful for all that I have”.

Do you feel the difference?

Next, understand that your heart is magnetic. Literally as if there is a magnetic pull from your heart center that draws to you all that you believe, think and feel.
(There’s tons of research to validate these findings - check out the work by Joe Dispenza to start).

Your thoughts are empty without the emotional fuel needed to create what you want. When people say that affirmations don’t work, it’s usually because they’re typically spouting out words but on the inside their thoughts are “this is dumb, it will never work…..” You must decide that you want it. Even ask yourself “what might it feel like if it were true for me to have success, abundance and more joy in my life?” It takes practice and when you sit in it for just a bit, you start to feel the excitement, anticipation and thrill of what's to come.

For some of you, this may feel like learning a new language. It’s easier than you may realize once you get started, and I’m here to get you started on the right track, get that momentum going quickly!

So let’s stop stashing all the N.U.T.S - non useful thoughts and start collecting something a bit different. Can you imagine your money multiplying, your muscles getting stronger, feeling a little bit better, more confident?
