The traffic sucks!
The bills are short again this month
I’m so tired.
There’s nothing good in the news.
The world is falling apart!
Sound familiar? We keep spinning in the chaos, only seeing problems, what’s going wrong, the things that aren’t working, the things we don’t want. We have another option.
You won’t read about the millions of dollars donated to feed the world in the news. You will rarely find loving kindness in the media, social media is flooded with comparisons, judgement and despair (unless you subscribe to the right channel!)
So where do you find peace, ease, and freedom?
Within.
You are the only one that can protect your mind, heart and soul from the chaos. So you must be willing to do what it takes to create that for yourself.

Really think about this. One of the most common complaints I hear is that ‘meditation is too hard’. I keep doing things that I think will help and I keep feeling the same - lonely, unfulfilled and empty.
It’s not what’s out there that will help you. It is YOUR connection to yourself - the Divine, Spirit, Radiant Light within.
So what’s next? That’s a fantastic question!
Start with 1 minute every day to just breathe in silence. Square breath is one of my favorite practices, or sometimes called 16 seconds of bliss. With just 4 rounds, you’ve done just over 1 minute. Sitting in silence, beginning to create a new habit can be a little foreign. Let me guide you through it.
